What to Bring

  • A photo or photocopy of your passport, needed for registration at camp
  • Swimwear for the rafting leg (worn under your clothes from the start)
  • Closed-toe shoes suitable for both the jungle trek and getting wet on the river
  • A full change of dry clothes, plus dry shoes or sandals for after
  • Sunscreen and a refillable water bottle
  • A small day bag for your belongings

Special Notes

  • Choose your rafting distance at checkout – 10 km of rapids for a longer ride, or 8 km for a shorter, gentler run. Both options include the same 3-hour jungle trek.
  • This is a full day out – about 7 to 8 hours door to door, combining both activities from one riverside base camp.
  • Our base camp is about 55 km from Chiang Mai, roughly a 1.5-hour drive each way.
  • Participants should be in reasonable physical condition. This activity isn’t suitable for guests with heart conditions, back or neck problems, broken bones, or those who are pregnant.
  • GoPro mounts are available on the rafting helmets if you’d like to bring your own action camera (bring your own slider attachment) – if you can’t swim while holding it, it’s best left at camp. We’re not responsible for lost or damaged cameras or mounts.
