3. What food will I get to try?
You will try Khao Soi Gai, Laab and Thai-style salad specialties (including local dishes such as pork brain curry, banana-leaf-wrapped egg, herb sausage, and intestine), Khao Kha Moo at Chang Puek Gate, snacks at Warorot Night Market, and Khao Mok Kai at Chiang Mai Gate Market.

All of our food stops are run by small local restaurants, so availability can occasionally be unpredictable. If a stop is closed, your guide will take you to an equally good alternative nearby.
